Reflection
This class has been quite a challenge for me. By creating my own personal learning network I have gained the tools necessary to my profession. As I completed each task a feeling of accomplishment went along with it. I imagine that is how our students must feel as they work towards their goals. Each week brought a new challeng and a new learning experience from digital storytelling to infographics! I took pride in adding some 'zing' to my lessons. I plan on using what I learned in the two libraries that I manage. I also learned so many great ideas through discussions with my colleagues. Whenever I felt a bit out of touch one of the first things I did was read what everyone else was talking about and ask questions. People were so willing to help that it provided a foundation for the learning process. There are times that I wish I could stay 'logged in' to this course for the future just to keep expanding my PLN and using all of these great tools that I have learned about. I am sure there are so many more out there- it just helps to have some guidance and a little nudge to explore.
